The pull-apart flip is genius — I can rough-chop herbs one minute, then snap them together for cutting through chicken bone the next. They feel sturdy in hand and haven’t dulled after weeks of daily use.

The pull-apart flip mechanism is so smooth it's almost fun to use, and switching from snipping herbs to cracking through a chicken thigh takes seconds. This is the first pair of kitchen scissors that actually stays sharp after a month of heavy use.

Halfway through prepping a whole chicken for dinner, I remembered the flip-to-shears trick and it cut through the legs and spine in seconds. The pull-apart action is smooth, too—no wrestling with stuck halves. Honestly the most used tool in my drawer now.
