Mini Chopula

Baking a tray of brownies used to mean wrestling with a metal spatula and crumbling the edges, but this little thing slides right into the corners without any of that. The slim head is just flexible enough to get under a delicate cookie without snapping it in half.

The flexible head is a game changer for getting under gooey edges without squishing the whole batch. Slices right into tight pan corners and cleans up in seconds.

Corners of my brownie pan used to be a graveyard for crumbs, but this thing slices right in and flips out perfect squares without breaking them. The slim head gets into tight spots my old spatula couldn’t touch, and it’s surprisingly sturdy for how flexible it feels.
