Amassar

The serrated edge glides through a crusty baguette without shredding it, and the spreader end is perfect for buttering toast right after. I’ve used it for everything from lunch prep to scooping mayo out of the jar, and it’s become my go-to for quick sandwiches.

It handles everything from slicing tomatoes to spreading butter without me switching tools, and the blade keeps its edge longer than my old knives. The scooping end is a clever touch I didn’t expect to use daily, but now I do. One knife does it all in my kitchen now.

I’ve been reaching for this knife every single day since it arrived—it spreads butter straight from the fridge and scoops out jam without tearing up the bread. The handle feels solid and comfortable in my hand, even during a quick sandwich assembly.
